Your Locall β 1-Year Labor Workmanship Warranty (Mount Vernon, WA)
We provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty covering labor only on repairs performed by Your Locall. The warranty period starts on the Repair Date (the date the repair was completed).
Whatβs Covered (Labor Only)
If, within one (1) year from the Repair Date, the same issue occurs as a result of our workmanship for the portion of the work we performed, we will provide labor only to correct the workmanship issue.
Whatβs Not Covered (Labor Only Warranty)
This warranty does not cover:
- Materials, parts, fixtures, equipment, or product replacements of any kind (including any re-purchase of materials).
- Permits, inspections, engineering, testing, or third-party fees unless agreed in writing.
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, vandalism, fire, flood, storm, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
- Issues caused by changes, modifications, or repairs by others after our repair, or by conditions not caused by our workmanship.
- Problems resulting from pre-existing conditions or latent/hidden conditions that were not part of the repair scope and were not disclosed at the time of repair.
Notice / Claim Procedure
To request warranty labor, customer must contact Your Locall at (360) 230-1133 and provide the Repair Date, a description of the issue, and photos/videos when available. We may require an on-site inspection to determine eligibility.
Repair Authorization Rule (Required)
Any warranty work must be authorized by Your Locall in advance. Customer must not begin repairs, remove materials, or hire other contractors for warranty-related work without prior written approval or authorization from Your Locall. If approved inspection/authorization is not obtained, warranty labor coverage may be denied.
Our Remedy
Our sole obligation under this warranty is to provide labor rework to correct the covered workmanship issue. This warranty does not guarantee a specific outcome beyond correcting the covered workmanship issue.
Exclusions / Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Locall is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or other property damage arising out of or related to any issue.
Warranty Not Transferable
This warranty applies only to the original customer/property owner at the time of repair and is not transferable, unless required by Washington law.
